Bisou's Lucky Draw

1. Sponsor & Eligibility

• Sponsor: Bisou Match Inc. (“Bisou,” “we,” “us”).
• Open to legal residents of Canada who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members of Bisou, Helijet, Vancouver Water Adventures, and Tiki Time Tours are not eligible.
• Void where prohibited by law.

2. Contest Period

• Opens: August 26, 2026, 12:00 AM PT.
• Closes: September 4, 2026, 11:59 PM PT. Entries received after this time will not be counted, regardless of when they were sent.

3. How to Enter — No Purchase Necessary

• Path A — Download: Download the Bisou app during the contest window for one automatic entry.
• Path B — Tag & Share: On the relevant prize post, (1) follow @bisousocialclub, (2) tag the required number of friends in the comments (1 for Prize 1, 3 for Prize 2, 5 for Prize 3), and (3) post a compatibility insight from the app to your Instagram Story, tagging @bisousocialclub.
• Bonus entry: Send @bisousocialclub a DM with a compatibility insight found elsewhere in the app for one additional entry, valid toward the prize tier you've entered.
• Limit: one (1) entry per person per prize tier, regardless of entry path. The bonus DM entry is the only stackable extra. Multiple accounts, duplicate entries, or entries made on another person's behalf will be disqualified.
• Entrants must have public Story privacy settings (or otherwise ensure Bisou can view the tagged Story) for a Story entry to be counted.

4. Winner Selection

• One winner will be selected per prize tier by random draw from all eligible entries received for that tier.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that prize tier.
• Before a prize is awarded, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question, as required under Canadian contest law. This is a condition of claiming the prize, not of entering.

5. Notification & Prize Claim

• Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM and/or email within 5 business days of the draw for their tier.
• A winner must respond and correctly answer the skill-testing question within 7 days of first contact. If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, fails the skill-testing question, or does not meet eligibility requirements, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate entrant selected by random draw.
• Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be substituted, and have no cash equivalent. Activity dates and times are subject to partner availability and must be scheduled within 90 days of winner notification unless otherwise agreed.

Bisou is not responsible if a winner misses, is delayed for, or is disqualified from redeeming a prize due to the winner's own actions or omissions — including failing to respond in time, providing incorrect contact details, missing a scheduled activity, or not meeting a partner's own participation requirements (e.g. age, weight, health, or ID requirements for a physical activity).

6. Data & Publicity

• Information collected (name, email, Instagram handle) is used solely for contest administration and prize fulfillment, in line with Bisou's privacy policy.
• By entering, participants agree Bisou may feature their public entry content (tagged Stories, comments) in future marketing, with credit, without further compensation.
• Winners may be asked to consent to photo or video at the prize activation for promotional use. This is optional and is not a condition of receiving the prize unless stated otherwise at the time.

7. Platform Disclaimer

• This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta in any way. Questions and entries must be directed to Bisou, not to Instagram or Meta.

8. General

• By participating in this contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, and acknowledges that they have read and agree to the Legal Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability set out below.
• Bisou reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that violates these Terms, Instagram's own terms of use, or is fraudulent, abusive, or spam.
• Bisou reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest, or these Terms, at any time for reasons outside its reasonable control, and will post any material change on this page.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.

Assumption of Risk

The prizes involve physical, real-world activities — including but not limited to helicopter flight, watersports (Sea-Doo operation), and boat charter — that carry inherent risks, including risk of injury, illness, property damage, or death. By entering this contest and by accepting and using a prize, each entrant and winner voluntarily assumes all such risks, known and unknown, and acknowledges that Bisou does not control, supervise, or operate these activities.

No Warranty

Prizes and the underlying travel, activities, and services are provided by third-party partners (Helijet, Vancouver Water Adventures, Tiki Time Tours) “as is” and “as available.” Bisou makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the quality, safety, timing, fitness for purpose, or availability of any prize or partner service.

Release & Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering this contest each entrant releases, discharges, and holds harmless Bisou Match Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents, and its prize partners (Helijet, Vancouver Water Adventures, Tiki Time Tours) and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (together, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, demands, actions, liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with: (a) participation in the contest; (b) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize; or (c) any technical failure, error, or interruption of Instagram, ManyChat, the Bisou app, or any related platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or opportunity, arising out of or related to this contest or any prize, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, the Released Parties' total aggregate liability to any one entrant is limited to CAD $100.

No Responsibility for Entries, Technical Issues, or Third-Party Platforms

• Bisou is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or garbled entries, or for any malfunction of Instagram, ManyChat, the App Store/Google Play, the Bisou app, or the entrant's own device or network.
• Bisou is not responsible for any failure of a third-party platform (including Instagram or ManyChat) to correctly log, deliver, or preserve an entry, comment, DM, or Story mention.
• Bisou is not liable for any injury or damage to any person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participating in this contest.

Indemnification

Each entrant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with: (a) the entrant's participation in the contest; (b) the entrant's breach of these Terms; or (c) the entrant's acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize.

Force Majeure

The Released Parties are not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, weather, strikes, platform outages, or government action, and may modify, suspend, or cancel the contest or a prize activity in such circumstances without liability.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms or this disclaimer is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These Terms and this disclaimer are governed by, and are to be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
